The affiliate commission offers your users can redeem through tracked links — the affiliate-side equivalent of the gift-card Promotions list. This catalogues the available offers and their rates; you earn commission on each attributed transaction, reported asynchronously via the TRANSACTION_UPDATED webhook. Affiliate publishers can use this alongside, or instead of, GET /getPromotionsList.
