API V2 documentation refresh

This is the initial release of the Spendstream API V2 developer documentation. It sets out the integration models, product configuration, authentication, core resources, webhooks, testing on staging, gift card funding options, affiliate transaction behaviour, commercial operations, security and go-live guidance.

Notes on this release.

• The documentation describes current behaviour as verified against the staging environment.
• Where behaviour is not yet confirmed, pages say so and ask you to confirm with Spendstream.
• No API behaviour was changed by this release.
